▶ Issue 1: Will new Heroes be released soon? We'd love to see more options for different team compositions.
✅ Answer: The first X-SSR Hero, [Lava], will arrive soon with Version 2.6.200. Chiefs will unlock this new Hero according to their State progression. Lava is a fierce warrior from the Stalwart Faction, with powerful base stats and skills. His arrival will bring new possibilities to Stalwart Faction team compositions and offer more strategic choices.
Lava's consecutive attacks have a chance to inflict Burning on enemies. After entering his Rampage status, he gains increased Attack Speed. As his Health changes, Lava can switch between enhanced damage output and Health recovery through attacks, making him effective in both attack and defense.
Additionally, as a unique feature of X-SSR Heroes, Lava permanently unlocks Attack and Skill Damage bonuses after activating Talent Level 1. However, X-SSR Heroes also require more Hero Fragments to enhance. Chiefs can develop this new Hero gradually based on their own needs.
▶ Issue 2: The enlistment rules in the Enlistment Office feel a bit complicated. Could they be simplified to make replenishing troops easier?
✅ Answer: We will simplify and upgrade the enlistment system in the Enlistment Office. After the update, Chiefs will be able to enlist a portion of the troops stored in the Enlistment Office for free each day based on the number of available troops. The previous Duty system will be replaced by Enlistment Voucher. Chiefs can use Enlistment Vouchers to enlist troops without level restrictions, making the rules simpler and the process more convenient. We will also provide Enlistment Voucher Packs, allowing Chiefs to quickly replenish troops when needed in urgent situations.
During this feature update, all troops remaining in the Enlistment Office will be converted into Troops Awaiting Enlistment for Chiefs to claim for free. Existing Duty will be removed at the same time. Unused Duty items in your Backpack will be converted into Gems based on their value in the Gem Store and returned via in-game mail.
▶ Issue 3: Important Alliance announcements are often buried by chat messages. Could there be a separate place where members can check them?
✅ Answer: We are adding a dedicated [Megaphone] channel to Alliance Chat. Alliance managers will be able to post, edit, and pin announcements here, while members can easily view announcements and polls in one place without searching through chat history. New members joining an Alliance will also be able to view existing announcements and polls in the channel, helping them quickly catch up on Alliance activities and plans.
▶ Issue 4: Could we send emojis on the World Map so nearby players can see them? It would make interactions with other players more fun.
✅ Answer: We are developing the World Map Emoji feature to provide a more engaging social experience. Once available, Chiefs will be able to display image or text emojis above their Settlements or troops, allowing nearby players to see them. Frequently used emojis can be set in [Skin], making it easier to greet others and share your feelings on the map.
For the other suggestions, we don't have specific update plans or responses at the moment, but we will continue to listen to all the feedback and evaluate them. We always welcome your ideas through our community channels or in-game customer service.
